Update: The courtyard pool has been covered. Thanks! Update: The pool has only grown dirtier and more neglected since March. Generally responsive to maintenance requests and they have undertaken several mold remediations in apartments, improved some landscape maintenance, and replaced siding in recent months at the Bosque River Apartments in Stephenville. The only serious issue I have is the neglected and filthy pool in the north courtyard. I hope that the complex's ownership and Spradley will soon make an effort to res... read more
