Oh man, where do I begin with this company? I wish I could put 0 stars SO many issues. Everyone in the office has no idea what they are talking about. Prime example: a request to fix the fence ourselves was made and the response was that the boards have to be weathered the same as the others. Im sorry, what?!? you want someone to put weathered boards up? Then I walk down the street and other fences are patched with brand new boards.I put up new boards on the fence and had no issues. Absolute nightmare of a place to rent from. I had heard that, but we are great tenants so I thought surely it can’t be that bad. They charged me nearly $300 to clean my house when I showed them a receipt from already paying a cleaning company $200 to clean it. They charged me “pet damage” and “power washing porch” $150+ due to mud, when I didn’t even have a porch I had a concrete step out the back door. My ac has been broke for MONTHS, it doesn’t cool down the little 2 bedroom duplex I have during the day. It gets so hot I have to send my grandmother who comes to watch my sons somewhere during the day because no one can be in this kind of heat . After sending maintenance men and a ac company out (Which he even said my house was hot) it is still not cooling down. My roommate & I rented under Spradley Properties for a year & were mostly pleased with our experience until it came closer to our lease ending.
