Absolute nightmare of a place to rent from. I had heard that, but we are great tenants so I thought surely it can’t be that bad. They charged me nearly $300 to clean my house when I showed them a receipt from already paying a cleaning company $200 to clean it. They charged me “pet damage” and “power washing porch” $150+ due to mud, when I didn’t even have a porch I had a concrete step out the back door. My ac has been broke for MONTHS, it doesn’t cool down the little 2 bedroom duplex I have during the day. It gets so hot I have to send my grandmother who comes to watch my sons somewhere during the day because no one can be in this kind of heat . After sending maintenance men and a ac company out (Which he even said my house was hot) it is still not cooling down. My roommate & I rented under Spradley Properties for a year & were mostly pleased with our experience until it came closer to our lease ending.
