Maintenance man tried to walk in thank god I locked the dead bolt he didn’t give me a chance to get to the door before trying to BARGE in while I’m in a TOWEL and wet! and when I open and I’m pissed he had the WRONG house, They charge everything a toy outside you’re charged like if these mfs don’t have enough money coming to them. Idiots bunch of idiots
A family’s rented home was uninhabitable after last Wednesday's tornado. Spradley just told them they will allow them to terminate their lease, (how nice since house is a disaster) get their remaining valuables out by June 1 (day after tomorrow)or prorate of approximately $60 daily. You might think they'd say — at least take the weekend to dig through all the glass and debris. I would give zero stars. No human side- sick to stomach at these people right now.

Kim, you are not a leaseholder and we cannot communicate with you directly concerning the lease, the leaseholders, or the property. We have been working with our impacted residents and property owners since the tornado. What you have stated is not accurate based off the conversations with the leaseholders. We have absolutely no intention of making a situation as stressful as the disaster that impacted our community last week more stressful for our residents.
Completely inflexible. Ravenous for any opportunity to collect a late fee. Looking to churn up the client base for any dollar. No focus on customer service or concern for any problem in the rentals.

The staff has maintained the upmost respect towards you while you have repeatedly failed to show any level of respect and calmness in return. Absolutely nothing. Property has had same ac since 88. My unit has been going out since JULY 15th. It’s just now getting fixed this Friday. I have had a 270$ bill from my ac constantly running due to motor going out. No comp on rent , customer service has been beyond terrible. It’s taken almost a full month. I'll update this once we move out. For now I'm going to say go somewhere else unless you just love headaches.
You’ll have better experience renting from cracked out slum lord. A/C went out during the summer three times. All times were during the middle of summer. Never once did they offer to move us, knowing there was a toddler and a brachycephalic breed (boxer) living there. The inspections make you feel like you live in section 8 housing. Then while moving out they charge ridiculous fees. They charge $100 for trash removal that was in the back yard- there was no trash. I do not recommend this place. We stayed for 2 years in a new build duplex. Not only did the brand new ac go out multiple times (3 total) due to different issues. Each time we were not a priority and had to wait multiple days for repairs. We were never reimbursed for our hotel stays or time we were not able to stay in the 90+ degree home.
