Vena is fabulous! We have been Spring Carpet customers since 1987 when we moved to the area. Vena brings it to a whole new level! I was recently in a bind, needing new carpet immediately. She was able to measure the same day as my initial call and brought an assortment of samples based on our conversation. It was so easy! She made my tight schedule seem perfectly normal. Installation was a breeze. They were finished well ahead of schedule. I will always recommend them!
A big purchase, like flooring, can be intimidating; however, Dean helped me decide the best flooring options for my home. He came out within 24 hours to measure and sent my estimate shortly after.. There were no sales pitches, no oversell attempts, and I was comfortable with the entire process. Both installers did great work. I love it!
My 89 year old mother needed carpet for her bedroom and bathroom, vinyl flooring for a small bathroom and needed her carpet stretched in her living room. David came to measure and helped with coming up with the selection. He was very patient and considerate especially under covid19 restrictions. Both groups of installers did a great job and were Courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend Spring Carpets in all aspects and would use them again in the future.

My husband and I have used Spring Carpet now for the 3rd time. Lenny is out within a few short days after the initial call. He had to special order our flooring and it was in as promised. The installers were courteous, neat, hardworking and just did an excellent job!!! Thank you!
WOW what can I say about the sales and service ! Wife was out to see Daughter and Grandbaby ---- I called and sales ( lenny) came by later in the day to do a measurement for carpet removal and replace with wood flooring --Lenny brought the samples that the wife had picked and said Beautiful choice. However, we have 3 Labrador dogs that love water and their water bowls, Lenny suggested a different floor of water proof material for our fur babies. I had a great experience with Spring Carpets, two years ago when they installed carpet throughout our whole house. So I called them again, and last week a flooring crew demolished all my tile downstairs and installed hardwood floors - a very big project that I had put off for 15 years. Knowing now how well Spring Carpet would do the job with minimum mess and downtime, makes me wish I had done this 15 years ago. I have used Spring Carpets for all of my flooring and remodel needs since 1991. Last year they did a remodel on my master bath, converting a tub to a walk-in shower. What a great job!! This year they installed some wood floors. I love them. They carry great products and have great installers.
I've used Spring Carpets for all of my flooring needs for the last several years, so when my daughter and her husband bought a home in Austin and needed wood floors, who had the best price but Spring Carpets! Due to the great price on the wood floors they were also able to get new carpet upstairs! Awesome!
