Wood floor started turning loose less than a year after installation. Three years later it is a total mess. No effort by the business to resolve the problem. Most of my messages have not been responded to by the store. Have spent more than $1000 to verify installation standards were not followed. Litigation to follow.
Installation of wood floor lasted a little more than 12 months. After replacing a few pieces the entire floor has problems. It has been 4 years. We started trying to get them to work with us nearly 2 years ago. Our floor has dangerously buckled and turned loose. We are in our mid 70's and don't need to stumble. Won't return my calls or messages. I was assured by the installer that slab dampness would be no problem.
