I've used Spring Carpets for all of my flooring needs for the last several years, so when my daughter and her husband bought a home in Austin and needed wood floors, who had the best price but Spring Carpets! Due to the great price on the wood floors they were also able to get new carpet upstairs! Awesome!
Amazing customer service. This is our second purchase from Spring Carpets; we had tile installed a few months ago and carpet now. Went in on Monday (Memorial Day) and was in a time crunch to get carpet installed before furniture was delivered. And David at the Tomball location made it happen; within 24 hours we had new carpet install in our master bedroom. We won't shop anywhere else for flooring. Absolutely amazing.....Thank You David.
Amazing Job! Everyone was very friendly, helpful and even took the time to move personal items out of the way to get the job done, then placed them back where they got them! The title and carpet look awesome and I am very pleased with the company all around!
I've dealt with several different flooring suppliers and installers over the years. I've never had the misfortune of dealing with a less respectful or competent group. I highly recommend that you move on to a company with better customer service. Their follow-up was non existent.
They are the single most dishonest and incompetent company I have dealt with in the Spring/Woodlands/Conroe area. Run as fast as you can. They lied multiple times to me. I would give them less than a one star rating if I could.
Beware of the bait and switch! When I did my research about moisture barrier and what Spring Carpets did it that regard I was told, before I signed the contract, that the moisture barrier was in the glue and I wrote it down in my notes. What they failed to tell me, or even offer me to purchase, was that same glue with the moisture barrier in it. We are pretty disappointed in Spring Carpets. My husband went in Monday morning and met a very nice lady named Sandy. She set him up with an appointment for later that afternoon to get an in home consultation. This was fantastic news. I immediately went up there to the store to look at carpet. I found a few samples and was told the one I had chosen was in stock and there was 4000 sq feet in stock. Dean, came and measured, told us it was 1605 sq feet and we signed the contract. Had tile floor installed beginning May 8-17 in our kitchen and family room. First, lead-time to install was not quick at all, especially being a repeat customer, very disappointed. Second, once job began, it took longer than told by sales rep. Third, at all points throughout this experience, we had to make the contact....not very good customer service at all. I went to this store. It was on the high end, but didn't really matter. I felt a disconnect, because we didn't come first. However, I'm a decent guy so I want get into all that. However, it was another group that came in 30min after we did and somehow the working made an excuse to work with them. Unbelievable it just never ends.
