when we made the decision to choose Pacifica, they were very welcoming and hospitable during the move in process. they had a note on my loved one's door that said "welcome home" with her name. although my loved one chose a studio, its a very nice room and it has everything she needs. they were a little slow getting on board with cleaning her room on a weekly basis, so she did have some complaints about that in the beginning. the community is very well kept, the hallways and common areas are nice. the dining service does have... read more

This community is in a hidden back area where you had to go through a neighborhood. It looked run down and the price changed with the level of care. The style of the room was also a quad with a joint living space and I did not want this for my loved one. They did not seem as friendly as another community we went with either. The residents also did not seem very energetic.

I found that this is the best place for my mom. They were able to accommodate the special care that my mom needed. The staff are excellent to work with. There is only a floor nurse for us to reach out, and there are no phones in the resident's rooms and this bothers me as I would like to speak to my mom directly.

Pacifica Sunrise is a beautiful facility, they had just redone the place when we went to tour. The staff were all very nice, we just did not get the warm and fuzzy feeling we were looking for. There was no follow up after we left.
