They have recently remodeled the facility, it looks like the inside of a new modern home as opposed to a big lobby in an apartment complex or hotel. The apartments themselves now being renovated we very nice. Everyone has been very friendly, we are comfortable having our grandparents there. The marketing department, however in the beginning we did not have a good experience with. We felt they were to pushy and asked to many personal questions that put us on the spot.
