Everyone was very nice. All our questions were answered. We were shown around several apartments and the community areas.
The community is spectacular. Five star rated place. The staff is super nice and well groomed. They're very professional. Everyone here makes you feel at home. The place cooks like you're right at home. I was really impressed. Marketing Director was excellent.
Nice facility roomy facility-lots of things to do.
The facility itself is clean, but the house keeping that comes to do the light cleaning could use a little more consistency. The food so far is okay but the portion sizes could be a little bit better and the staff members are extremely friendly. They focus a lot on the exercise which is nice, but they do not have a big variety of things to do during and throughout the entire day for the residents.
Community is clean staff very friendly. Daily shower us. Helped us learn the different between the two.
Had a very pleasant and warm experience while on tour the young women I felt went above to make the process comfortable and assuring. [names removed] teamed up to facilitate the appreciation. I would recommend this place to all in need of ALS.
