They were so nice! They got my hurt pup in right away and got him all taken care of. Every single person working in there had a great attitude and they were so good to my dog. Definitely recommend!
Showed up at a late hour and were more than willing to get the job done, and explained the actions that needed to be taken and which they did. Also in a calming manner since my dog was terrified, growling and non stop barking. Definitely will be coming back
My family and I faced our worst fear a couple days ago. Our 16 year old baby girl, began to actively pass away at home. She was such an amazing, spunky, active, loving, baby. We held her at home through the day and night. We were hoping she would pass away in our arms at home. Although, she kept fighting and tried to walk, but could no longer stand up. I recommend that they are open 24/7 and there is always someone there to help. Very convenient for boarding your animal too. I've been with them for about 20 years through different dogs, but we always go back. Love the place!!
I have been to St. Francis several times. The staff is always wonderful and helpful. No matter the circumstances they have always been sympathetic to my needs. I can not thank them enough for making Princess Penelope comfortable and her last hours respectful and pain free. I will always recommend people to come here.
They were friendly, kind and supportive. I was an emotional wreck, I just lost my mother earlier in the week and have been busy getting her funeral arrangements made. And now her and my day fell ill like this! I really thought I was going to lose the Romeo puppy also. The staff was kind and gentle as well as the doctor. Ended up only being a 20 minute procedure and a relief laugh then I got to bring you little guy home. He had an annul gland infection. I will definitely be a return patron!
Got in an seen today for my Guinea Pig. Was a bit of a wait since I was a walk-in, but they were very helpful and kind. I’ll definitely come back & recommend them to others!
Yesterday, I had to bring my sweet cat here when he was not doing so well. Ultimately, I didn’t get to bring my sweet boy home. Everyone that was working treated me and my sweet boy with so much care and compassion during a very difficult time. If you ever need emergency care for your pet, I would recommend them to anyone.
