I've had to take both of my dogs to St. Francis, both each time we were there we had the best care you could possible ask for when dealing with an emergency situation with your beloved dog. They are quick, they listen to your concerns, and take the best care of your animal.
Dr. Stanhope has been absolutely a pleasure to work with. He explains everything very thoroughly and chooses the appropriate steps for your feline family member. Can't say thank you enough. Angie is also a sweet lady who explains the medicines very well and is very compassionate towards your pets. Was very happy with service..as well as my black cat Magweedo.
I've got to thank St. Francis animal hospital for the things they did before I had Max put down. I just retrieved his ashes and they were more than what I had expected. I have not a big enough word to describe how they gave him great care and how they accommodated him. For this, I'm grateful.
They answered all my questions, and called me as soon as they were done with the surgery like asked. Most of the staff seemed friendly and seemed genuine about my dog. It was my first night without him and he got neutered, updated vaccines, and microchipped. Definitely thinking about making them my main vet!
My beloved kitty, Zsa Zsa, suddenly took ill late on a Sunday evening (November 15, 2015) and so I had my first visit to St. Francis. Everyone was compassionate and professional, though Zsa Zsa and I were obviously in distress. Dr. Jennifer Strelkauskas was our main contact and was excellent, and everyone there did everything they could to save our kitty, though she had multiple issues. I took my dog to Saint Francis on a Sunday afternoon. He needed a few dozen stitches from a bad dog fight. They had a really professional staff. They took immediate care of Sebastian and his wounds. They were considerate of his feelings. It was a high standard of care that he received. The bill was $815... But that is what a high standard of care costs. It was a reasonable cost for the care provided. He's not just a dog..... He's alive and doing well.. He is my dog.
