A few weeks ago I posted a VERY angry review for this bet.....I really wish I HAD NOT done that. After speaking with the manager, I now understand their policies and she understands my frustration. I have to say the vets are amazing, especially Dr Stanhope and Dr Miller! The front desk are also compassionate and kind and also VERY professional...REALLY FOLKS THIS IS THE BEST VET IN VANCOUVER AND I WILL CONTINUE BRINGING MY PETS HERE!. We unfortunately became acquainted with St. Francis Animal Hospital because our 16-year old cat was dying, but the staff was nothing but knowledgeable, gracious, welcoming & loving. Our weekend was difficult emotionally but everyone we encountered at the hospital helped to ease our grief throughout. When we are ready for a new pet in our lives, we will make St. Francis part of our family again.
