My son and daughter-in-law had to put their dear sweet senior dog to sleep. They trusted this place. St.Francis said they would have her clay paw back, took their money, signed papers. He called them and asked if her clay paw was ready. Ya know what they said back, “oh we don’t do that any more! “. This damn fake, thieving rip off no caring place has devastated my son and daughter in law…our entire family. You asswipes, you gave them your word, you took their money! How the hell can you sleep? They have no clay paw! ... read more

My brother recently had his senior dog put down here, he paid for a clay paw and was told would be here in a few weeks. Turns out they don’t do this service anymore. Now not only did they take his money, they did it with promise of a memorable and priceless item, this could never be repaid and they do not deserve your business. By definition they are thieves. Shame on you and your poor managing.

The kitten had signs of weakness and anas... read more

We originally brought our yorkie in the beginning of December. We did an X-ray and they diagnosed him with a head cold and assured us his cough wasn’t due to a collapsed trachea. They actually informed us that his trachea looked great. We left with a $500 bill, antibiotics and a cough suppressant. These medications didn’t work so I called them back they issued a new prescription. Still didn’t work. I called again and they wanted to charge me for a re check and the male receptionist told me it’s because he has severe trachea ... read more
