Worst.”Service”.EVER!! Showed up right at 7am and was the 3rd person in the door, was told it’d take 1-3 hours to be seen (the next person behind me was told they were full for the day)... finally got seen by the Vet almost 2 hours later then got yelled at by the receptionist for sitting in the waiting room while my dog was in the exam room with the Vet. Told the receptionist to immediately get my dog from the back and walked out! Won’t EVER recommend this place to anyone that cares about their pet

Business response:

Thad, The need for urgent care for pets is very high so we certainly do fill up quickly. I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the wait time but I am glad we were able to help you with in the time window we promised. I would certainly encourage you to reach out to me at your convenience as I never thinks it's acceptable for my team to be disrespectful or yell. Erin 3602535446

I’m so disappointed with the care my parents dog received here!!!! she originally saw HEIDI TALBOT (one of the head doctors mind you) who neglected her care so bad and didn’t even do a basic exam properly or prescribe proper medication for something as simple as diarrhea! She didn’t do an anal exam, or prescribe the proper medication, gave her a probiotic which made her poop even more! This poor dog suffered through terrible miscommunication, in humane misconduct and fear that she is left with sores on her anus and tail and ... read more

I'm so disappointed. We made an appointment and checked in. Kate told us two hours and she would call. After 2-1/2 hours, and no phone call, we returned only to learn we'd have to wait another 1-2 hours. Their process is awful and a tremendous waste of time. Meanwhile, our dog is suffering. I cannot in good conscience recommend them... unless you have an entire day to kill.

Business response:

Mr. Johnson, I genuinely hope that your pets concern has been resolved. I'm sorry that you were not satisfied with our check in process but I do appreciate your feedback and am available to speak with you in regard to your experience should you want to do so. I would not let these people near my pet. They don't care about your pet. I was told to take my f-ing dog and f-ing leave after waiting over 7 hours. All because I asked how much longer it was going to be and them telling they didn't know I was still waiting. And yes, that is the exact same language she used.

Yesterday my boyfriend and I took our dog Lincoln to St Francis as he had not been able to hold down food or water for over 24 hours. Upon arriving at ~10:40am, our dog was triaged and it was determined that he was able to wait. We were given a time estimate of 3-4 hours, maybe 5 on the high end. That was fine with me, I appreciated them seeing him at all. We were told that we needed to be in the parking lot at the time they called Lincoln in, which was a little weird because we didn’t have a secured time slot but okay, we... read more

Business response:

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We understand how difficult these new protocols are for everyone. We are constantly striving to find a solution that works for everybody. We have recently implemented a new protocol that will allow our clients to leave the premises for their wait. Our hope is that this will help to relieve some of the stress our clients and their pets are experiencing during these difficult times. We are happy to hear that Lincoln is feeling better.

Poor customer service. They gave me two choices either potentially lose my job and sit in the parking lot for 6-8-10 hours or potentially let my cat die. The reception person and reception lead were clear that it was not really a concern of theirs either way and not their problem; had a very MEH attitude. Not impressed with them. At all.

Business response:

We are sorry that you felt you had a bad experience at our facility. With the influx of patients that we are having, we are doing our best to see each patient in a timely manner.

Horrible, money hungry people! Do they actually care about animals? Absolutely not! Took my healthy 12yr old best friend there 3 months ago and can just now get the words out to talk about how horrible my poor pup and I were treated!! Routine hematoma on the ear, easy surgery. He had one done a year prior. These disgusting people tried to "save" me money and sent me home with a bunch of meds for it to heal on its own. It wasn't healing and my poor boy wasn't reacting good to the meds. Take him back in and and they finally de... read more

We were "walk-in" customers. We've been here 2 hours & still haven't been seen. Argh! Everyone has been nice, but last time was 3 hours. Won't put my dog through the wait again. It's been 3 hrs now...still waiting.
