Correct your client's email address. You keep using mine. I am not sure how many times I have to tell you that. The only reason I even bother to write to you ONCE AGAIN is that I feel for your client who does not get the messages that are meant for them

Business response:

Sabine I apologize that you are still dealing with this issue. I have sent you a private message and hopefully we can resolve this for you once and for all. Thank you for your patience.

Brought my pup in Sunday at 5 am because we woke up to her having a seizure. They wanted to keep her for 24 hours, and itemized "Hospitalization-Intensive Care" on my estimate for $84.00. They also line itemed "Misc Charges" of $150, which I was told was to cover any treatment she needed during her stay. Turns out, the $84.00 is per calendar date, and a second $84.00 charge was used by the $150 misc funds. I should have been told that I was going to be charged two days from the beginning--it feels like shady business practic... read more

Let me start off by saying I have been coming to St. Francis for 15 years. In fact, one of my dogs was even born here. Over the years, I have recommended them to countless others. If I'd written this review a year or so ago, it would have been 5-stars. And the truth is I will continue to bring my dogs here ONLY because they're at the end of their lives and Dr. Stanhope is fantastic with them. He knows them, he knows me and I trust him with their care. If Stanhope were to go somewhere else, so would I; I don't feel it's... read more

I'm torn about this. The doctors we've dealt with there have been great. But the prescriptions they provide are marked up to the stratosphere, unconscionably high. I took our Cav in a few days ago for a possible UTI. That came back as confirmed... and I was then provided with a prescription of Clavamox 125MG ("amoxicillin trihydrate/ clavulanate tablets") 21 tablets total... for just under $50. My instinct at the moment told me that the cost was dramatically overpriced. We're talking about two different antibiotics com... read more

Negligent vets, techs and receptionists. Lie to your face about care that they aren’t doing. Charge HUGE amounts for procedures and medicines not needed. Botched work that they refuse to admit fault too. If you care about your pet, don’t take them here! After they put our pet at deaths door, they told us to euthanize her. The vet actually said, ‘I kill a lot of things.’ Are you kidding me?! You should be ashamed of yourselves! How you’re still able to practice is baffling.

Taking our dog to this veterinary hospital was a HUGE mistake! But, not having time to research our options due to the terrible accident that occurred and the immediate, emergency care our dog Bella needed, we picked this horrible place...Never...Again!! Friday night the 15th: My wife ran in with our 3 pound dog in her arms, crying. Our daughters were with us, both in tears. She frantically told them that she’d been doing compressions for 20 minutes, that our big dog ran over little dog and she was knocked out and looked to ... read more

All the front desk girl cares about is getting the money. We came in with a lifeless dog, bawling our eyes out and all we could hear was “I’ll take that deposit now” over and over. I’ve never felt less cared for in my life. She had zero sympathy for us. Never in my life have I seen such terrible service. Find ANYWHERE else to take your dog if it is dying because this place just wants your money, and they will stop all CPR if you don’t pay right away. CRVS, Banfield, go anywhere but here.
