The heart and care the warm staff showed my loved one is exactly what my entire family was looking for in my Aunt's recovery. Times like these are difficult and to have the support and guidance that St. Francis gives us what any family needs. My highest recommendation. Thank you!
Steve thank you for taking the time to reply.. things happen at a SNF. It's understandable no apologies are needed.. my time at ST. Francis was great. As a resident opinion only the communication from nurses to cna's can be much better. Even from the administration department overall communication needs serious improvement. You really need more diversity in that staff. Way too many Filipino's. Hire more Latino and latinas, hire more black men, women, you've had Jynae, and Drea who both ladies are fantastic. They took good care of my mom. Staff was amazing and patient. Rooms was very clean. Food was amazing. Physical Therapy was on point. They were able to get my mom out of bed and walking. . I highly recommend them. Staff and management are absolutely amazing and truly care about their patients!
My mom (94yo) stayed for about 45 days, recovering from a fall, resulting in a fractured shoulder. St. Francis Healthcare Center (SFHC) provided very good, attentive care for my mom. The entire staff is very good! Nursing, dietary, physical therapy is very good! Thank you SFHC!!
Highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe and secure place for your loved one! I was very impressed by how well all the staff took care of my grandmother after her hospitalization. Obviously it's very scary having your family in a facility other than home; but the clear communication and updates from the staff made this process a lot easier. Very grateful for everyone to let me be involved every step of the way and kept my grandmother happy during her recovery.
I am extremely impressed by the hospitality and deep understanding demonstrated by the staff at St. Francis. The facility in itself is very clean and well organized, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. The social worker, Valerie is also very attentive and resourceful when it comes to getting patient needs in order. And the staff is highly dedicated to providing a level of professionalism in every aspect. I would definitely recommend this top-notch nursing facility to anyone that has a skilled need.
We moved from Windsor to this facility as it was closer for us and little did we know it's owned and managed by the same company, that's why the service and commitment was identical. The caring nurses and management team was supportive, lot of resources and the compassion. You guys
My brother has been admitted to St. Francis for about 3 weeks and we have been pleased from the day of arrival. A rehab center was a scary thought for our family being that our brother has a seizure disorder and intellectual disability . He was admitted for rehab on his back and therapy has been fantastic . My mom was there from Dec to Feb 2023 for her to regain her strength. Started rough only because she didn't want to be there she was crying calling me. So i went in the morning to see what was going on. By the time i got there she was happy and she told a nurse i wish i knew her name. But she spoke with mom and made her feel comfortable. She loved the food which she was not eating at home so this was great.
