My friend developed alzheimers and had to live in a residential setting. The caring staff, many activities, and socializing gave her a few good months she otherwise would not have had. The facility was always clean & spotless and the nursing & physical therapy staff could not have been more conscientious in their care. Thanks Pat, Matt, Nellie and all the staff at St. Francis for a wonderful job!

When I entered the website it said 5 starts. If I could give it 0 I would give it to her. This is the worst place for recovery. I was inside the home plate with my mother-in-law and the experience was very bad. They have a very decadent care and especially the elderly suffer Ahy. My mother-in-law came out 2 times and they dropped 3 times and no one was responsible for what happened. The social worker Cinthia is the worst of an unscrupulous person. The CNAa and nurses are very inattentive. We were told the rehab was great that's why we decided to go with them but after 3 days we had to argue just to get someone change my brother's diaper. On the 4th day they took another patient (roommate) to my brother's dialysis patient and never informed us. We only found out because dialysis center told us. Be careful and do let your loved ones stay here. If you can't get there everyday and every hour to check on your loved ones don't leave them there because there is no good help... read more
My husband is currently at this facility after suffering a stroke 2 weeks ago. He was transferred to St. Francis facility a week and a half ago. They have the worst phone system ever! When calling there to check on my husband, they never answer! Sometimes a recording comes on directing you to the area he's in. Then another recording comes on saying their voicemail is full, call back later! UNBELIEVABLE! How are you supposed to check on your family members?!? I worked there for 4 months as a CNA.I got signed to have a bonus every 3 months. I did sign paperwork that they kept. I spoke with HR rudely verbally informed me that they changed the sign on bonus to 4 months. That was after I was supposed to get my first bonus. They withheld my bonus. Got let go and I never received my bonus. I do have text messages from staff stating I would get my bonus every 3 months so there is no confusion.
My mother is being kept at St. Francis against her well as she does not want to be there. Her medical needs are ignored, her mental welfare is not paramount to anyone there, and no one there asks my mom what she wants. My mom tells everyone that she does not want her evil-daughter-that-no-sibling-wants-a-relationship with designated as her power of attorney (POA) and my mom has no desire in being at St. Francis, but St. Francis only seems to care about keeping my mom there for the money, not the needs, care, and concerns o... read more

This place is filthy nasty with rude staff. Don't get me wrong they have some that are amazing and the management seems good. However it is run down nasty foul smelling. If you want your family member to be eaten by bed bugs and to be treated wrong and abused this is your place. They should be shut down. This place should be your very very last resort. that if you're family had to come here please go above and beyond and pop up.
