Today was my first cleaning as a new patient. I had Andrea as my hygienist and she was very welcoming and sweet. She took the time to explain everything she was doing which made me feel very comfortable! The doctor was great as well and I’m thankful to have a new place to go!
I've been going to Smiles over 20 years. The gals at front desk are great. My appointment was for a routine cleaning. My past experiences were much better than this last one. I had a different hygienist I've never seen there before. I told her I've never seen her before. She said she's been there a few months. She said she's been a hygienist for 41 years. Doctor was super nice. Hygienist was very thorough and knowledgeable. Very chatty. Only complaint is I wish they had more hours available on Fridays.
Everyone was professional and patient. They took the time to explain every step to me. The hygienist went above and beyond to ensure my comfort as I am not a huge fan of going to the dentist. I am impressed!
I had severe tooth pain, went to the office when they opened in the morning, they did an X-ray and discovered I would need a root canal, called at that time for me to get into an Endodontic specialist and was able to get in the next day. During that appointment it was discovered my tooth was cracked and I was going to require a tooth extraction and it was going to require an appointment with an oral surgeon.
