Went there for business meeting and tried several appetizers and salads. Everything was fantastic so I do not think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. The place is really nice, yet casual. It's very large with plenty of indoor and outdoor/patio seating.

This place was kool outside to inside the greater was fun our waitress was nice wasn't very informative though I went for the stroganoff it was really good wish it came with garlic bread but they did get me some Texas toast extra but I did get a couple extra meals to go the tejas bowl is a winner along with chicken ravioli nothing over the top just good food if in area would definitely return

Food mediocre, and little taste for the price not impressed, service was horrible had to ask numerous times for refills and were ignored the whole time. We we only a party of 3 , 2 adults and a 2 year old so it was not the size of our party we were just ignored. Will not be returning

Let's start off with the server and hostess! They were amazing super friendly and helpful. When the food came out it was HOT and fresh! The food tasted amazing and was reasonably priced, we also sat outside at a huge table for 3 people at least 6 could sit at. Super comfortable! And the alcoholic drinks were refreshing and tasty!!!

When my wife and I were looking for a house in Heath, we often went to Standard Service for lunch. Fast forward 5 months and we were looking to go out for dinner. My wife suggested Standard Service. She ordered the chicken fajita tacos and I ordered the hamburger tacos. What she got was boiled, tough chicken with some shredded lettuce on a soft taco. There was no seasoning at all. I never write reviews but I have to. This food was WAY over priced for the quality of food that I ate. Almost $60 plus $10 tip for cheese sticks, beef stroganoff (that was mostly mushrooms and noodles, hardly any meat) and a watered down drink. Only good thing was my sweet waiter and the only reason I would give this place any stars at all. I think hamburger helper would have been better .

I've never left disappointed. It's very family friendly. Great ambiance. Typically good service. I e only had one experience in the multiple times I've been there that the service was not wonderful. The mixed drinks can be a bit too sweet. But the food is delicious and it's a great vibe! I don't remember everything I've had there but the last thing I got was the grilled cheese with tomatoes and it was DELISH! I'll take some pics next time I go and update my review!

Just called and asked if they'd be showing the USA soccer game for the Olympics. The host said she had no idea. She said there was no bartender working or manager available so even if we came in no one could turn it on. She said to go somewhere else. Shocked.

Standard service is such a misleading name because it's the most AMAZING service! Our experience here was wonderful and the environment is overall so good. Our server Annika, was incredibly nice and quick. The food was delicious, good quality, and bigger portions than expected! Every single dish was satisfying. Also, the place is HUGE - pickle ball courts, corn hole, fire pits, fans, a big screen TV for sports, etc. The price point was also so affordable.
