Warranty repair took over 5months to complete. There's a lack of communication between the departments. Had multiple visits from repairmen, supervisors before they finally repaired the listed original warranty items from 5+ Months ago. When I pointed out an issue with the re-screen. Repairman disagreed and said "I'm not going to worry about it" and turned away. Supervisors were nice when they came to visit and take pictures, but the whole process is too slow and inefficient.

Had an appointment with this company. They were a no show. Called the company to ask why, person answering the phone said our appointment was as scheduled and she would check and call us back. No call back with an explanation or no call back to reschedule
From start to finish we had a very positive experience and are now enjoying a beautiful sunroom. We are contractors as well so good communication and customer service are just as important to us as the quality of the work. Top notch all the way around on our project. I loved that we had a person dedicated to keeping us posted on every step of the project. Everyone from the estimator to the installers to the office personnel were friendly, competent & attentive. An easy five star rating. THANK YOU!!

This is an EXCELLENT company! From start to finish of ***********, everyone we came in contact with, from the sales rep to the project coordinator, to the actual builders, we were treated with honesty, respect, and timeliness. Love our new 3 Season Room. Patio Enclosures was wonderful to work with from Estimate to Measuring to Job Completion. Whole process was satisfaction all the way. It turned out amazing.
