I was interested in getting new screens for my ******windows. I had trouble getting the screen in and out. I was contacted by ***** ***** who told me about the new Flex screens that they were using now. I ordered them and when they came in she had ***** come and show me how to put them in. I am very happy with how everything went. Could't have been any better. Thank you.

This whole experience has been completely underwhelming. The sales consultant was very good. Other than that nothing went the way it was advertised. They started to work before we had permission to start and they charge my account before they were supposed to start the work. It's thinking about three or four visits for them to get the sunroom right. And we're still waiting on one window that's going to take another 3 months. I would recommend that you find another company to do your sunroom if you decide to have one done.

Love my Patio enclosure. There was a defect in the screen after installation. They immediately returned and made the correction. Very pleased with the sales man, *********************.. He was very knowledgeable and took time to show us a nearby neighbor clients enclosure that would look similar to ours.Also ****** was so helpful and kept me informed as to time they would come for installation.

*PLEASE READ* This is my 78-year-old Mothers experience with Patio Enclosures! My Mother received money from my dads passing at the end of 2019 and hired patio enclosures to build her sunroom. The price was $26,000. The contract said they would take 2 weeks to build it. After 22 months of them showing up 12 times they finished it, then another 2 months to get it to quit leaking.
