My daughter has been a patient here for two years. She has had both general cleanings and minor surgery where she was under anesthesia. The dentist and staff are very caring and friendly. I have seen my daughter go from being fearful on her first visit to being happy and anxiety free on recent visits. It makes the struggle to maintain her teeth healthy much easier when you have a good partnership with your dental office. We will continue to be patients through her school years for sure!
I cannot praise Stanley Pediatric Dentistry enough for their exceptional care and compassion, especially during a recent dental emergency with my toddler. After leaving a voicemail after hours in a panic, Dr. Stanley herself went above and beyond by calling us back within an hour, despite not being in the office. Absolutely WONDERFUL experience. My 3 year old needed a crown due to weak enamel and he was a little nervous. The hygienist and dentist were both so amazing and patient with him! Even let him put on gloves and help!
I wanted to have a great review of this practice based on a recommendation from our pediatrician, but I had a less than stellar experience here. The front desk receptionist was so kind and gracious, but our experience went downhill from there. We took my 1.5 year old to see the dentist, and both the nurse and doctor seemed inexperienced in dealing with children that young. Savannah, Dr Kate, and all the staff were amazing from the minute we walked through the office door! Very professional, took time to explain everything in detail, ESPECIALLY important after having dental trauma from previous dental procedures. Savannah went above and beyond, my daughter talked about her for hours and is excited about going back to see her ❤️ Thank you Savannah and Dr Kate!!!
