I have now been coming to Stansell Dentistry for over 2 years. The staff here is so kind. Sabreen at the front desk is always friendly and happy to help with insurance questions and scheduling. My dental appt is always on time (never have to wait) so I know they respect my time and don’t over schedule their patients. My hygienist, Sha’Mari, does an excellent job with my teeth and is so fun to talk to during my dental cleaning. I am soooooo thankful to have found this place. From the moment I walked in the door I have felt welcome. Sabreen at the front desk is so sweet and friendly. She made sure that I had all the correct paperwork and that I had a smooth transition from my last dentist. Sha’Mari is my hygienist and she did a fantastic job with taking care of my cleaning and going over the best whitening options for me. Today was my first visit to Stansell Dentistry North Raleigh. I thought it would be like any other, but I was wrong big time! Starting with Sabreen, Front Desk Patient Coordinator, who was super friendly and enthusiastic. The hygienist, Sha' Mari gave me the best dental cleaning I have ever had in my life! First visit. The staff left a great impression on me. From my initial contact with Kiara, the office manager, to the hygienist and the doctor, everyone was friendly and professional. I believe they really care about me as a patient. They reinstalled an older crown that had came out during flossing. Rather than sell me on a new crown, the doctor evaluated everything and decided it could be reinstalled and cemented. I had a great experience today at Stansell Dentistry! I had no wait in the lobby; Joy, the hygienist took me straight back to start my cleaning. She was thorough, but pleasant and personable the entire time I spent in the chair. She is a fantastic, experienced hygienist, and the cleaning felt very comprehensive, including X-rays, a good assessment of my gums, minimal scaling, flossing and polishing.
