RecommendedMY daughter and I went to go see the star at 1:45! We really enjoyed the movie aside from a few things mention below and the snoring guy one row below us and the theater is really nice just a few things you should fix 1. Regulate the sound from each movie room to where the room next door couldn't hear the movie. 2. Nice atmosphere, staff was friendly. Our popcorn & French fries were cold. We asked for them to remake them but the popcorn still came out cold. Which the tables could be moved closer. Definitely a adult atmosphere. Seven of us went to see three different movies at one time.
The rule of no one 3 and under is completely unacceptable when you are playing children’s movies. You have now upset 4 kids who where beyond excited to try your theater and see the movie The Star. We will never go to a place that is not children friendly.
Really liked this theater, initially. On our second visit though,1st- Screen wasn't where it needed to be. 2nd- Bright spot light turned on mid movie for a couple of minutes. (All minor faults) 3rd- Card charged wrong amount ($30 difference! ) So obviously sent it back to be corrected....no one ever came back. So we had to literally find a manager to fix it. 4th- Checked bank account, have over 4 different charges for different amounts. Nice facility friendly staff and comfortable seats. However I got food poisoning from the catching fire burger.
You guys need to figure out the whole theatre bar thing. If someone from the area doesn't necessarily want to go and watch a movie but wants to buy a drink and food at the bar, that person shouldn't have to buy a ticket. Example.... Dirty Martini=$10.00, meal for two at least $25.00 To $30.00 = at least a 30 To 40 dollar tab on average. Ticket to movie= no more than $12.00 ... Talk to your management or owners and figure something out. You be could be losing a lot of revenue with your current stipulations.
