My experience with Star ER was great. Not my accident but the nurse and the doctor were very good. I felt at ease and they were so polite and the care was excellent. I will use them again.

They got us back quickly. A male physician with dark hair and glasses provided excellent care for my daughter when she had a concussion. She was very nervous and he played with her when assessing saying he saw a chicken nuggets and fries in her ears. I appreciate they gave us copies of the CT.

Star ER has been serving our family since they started with every visit being a Five Star experience. Now with them taking insurance I no longer have to summit my expenses but simply pay my co-pay. This trip was for three stitches in my leg which took thirty minutes from time I checked in to out. Thank you Star ER.
Service was exceptional. The staff from the front office check in to my RN, DR, rad tech were great, caring, informative n friendly. Not to mention that we didn’t have to wait to be seen we were out in relatively decent time and just an overall great experience from an ER facility. My hats off to Anna Morin and her staff they’re amazing.

Really impressed by the care given by the doctor and nurse staff with my daughter's recent visit. The doctor was very attentive and caring. The ease of intake and release procedures was noted. Also impressed by the cleanliness of the facility which makes you feel safe.

Sweet doctor and nurse. And appreciated their care. Doctor took time to call later to check on me. I always feel safe there is why I chose it.
