Service was exceptional. The staff from the front office check in to my RN, DR, rad tech were great, caring, informative n friendly. Not to mention that we didn’t have to wait to be seen we were out in relatively decent time and just an overall great experience from an ER facility. My hats off to Anna Morin and her staff they’re amazing.

Really impressed by the care given by the doctor and nurse staff with my daughter's recent visit. The doctor was very attentive and caring. The ease of intake and release procedures was noted. Also impressed by the cleanliness of the facility which makes you feel safe.

All staff were wonderful! Very caring, considerate and efficient! My mom is 88 almost 89 very cautious of physicians, but there she felt very comfortable & trusted Dr Thomas Griffith.

This was my first experience with a stand alone ER. My experience at Star was outstanding. The staff was so friendly from the front office, physician, nurses, to the manager. I will be back if needed. What a great facility!!!
