No stars this is a terrible place of business. having just done a complete set of Xrays in December 2023 to have my teeth cleaned. I went on 04/24/24 to have my bridge re cemented in as it is getting loose. They said I need another set of Xrays. I have no pain or issues just a loose bridge . I BELIEVE they were trying to pad the bill. Of course my insurance probably wouldn't cover these Xrays since they just had a claim in December. unnecessary. I would recommend you find a Better Dentist Office .
Pretty tough experience. The dentist told me they pre-ran my insurance, got everything approved, would pay close to the estimated amount. Called me a couple times and hung up as soon I said hello afterwards post-service, then 7 months later sent me a nasty email stating I owed them almost $1000 with no prior communication. They then stated that they didn't communicate with our insurance until afterwards (meaning they lied), "fought" with them for 7 months with no communication to me outside of the "phone calls" they allegedl... read more

Make sure that you understand your insurance fully. Otherwise, you will be left with additional charges 1 year after the procedure was performed. My bad for thinking that agreeing to a certain copay ($500 per crown) ahead of getting it, will be the only payment. Both my husband got additionally billed after every procedure and cleaning. They must be really bad at estimating their costs... Also, the customer service person was very rude when I brought up these issues. Not going back there.

BUYER BEWARE! This location is so unprofessional. Let's all hope you have a great experience because heaven forbid, you bring them any negative feedback. This could have been an easy handling but the lack of understanding and compassion from this office speaks volumes. I called just now to let them know my fiancé's visit today was subpar.
