We recently stopped using Station dental after some questionable diagnosis and have been harassed ever since. A full year after leaving their practice they have been harassing me and my wife over a $30 charge they cannot explain or prove. I have disputed it repeatedly and my wife has asked for an explanation but did not receive a call back. Now they sent us a threatening letter saying they are sending us to collections over a $30 charge they still can't explain.....

They suggested to replace all my kid's fillings. They also charged over us 1k copays that was more than the insurance company's estimates, but they never return any overcharged copays.

Got a crown put in by them just over a year ago and it fell apart. I called them to see what they could do and all they told me was that they would just do the same procedure for the same cost. Awesome would love to go back and pay $2000 for it to fall apart within a year again.

Connor, I can't discuss your treatment here but we do warranty all of our work - 5 years for crowns - for our active patients. Please note, the following warranty guidelines are in place for a reason: "You must maintain a schedule of regular recall appointments including a minimum of an oral exam every 12 months, a cleaning every 3-7 months, bitewing x-rays every 12 months and comprehensive x-rays every 5 years" ALSO "The warranty is null and void if the failure of the restorative work is due to: - Abuse or negligence throug... read more

I was booked for 80 minutes according to front desk for my wisdom teeth removal.(All 4) The surgeon was done within 30 minutes, and I just remember the dental assistant dragging me out as if they were in a hurry. Why be in a hurry if I'm booked for 80 minutes? Currently on day 4 since removal, and something was really bugging my gum. I asked my husband to check, and guess what it was? A CHUNK OF TOOTH!! TAKE YOUR TIME! How disrespectful and rude to charge $1,800+ for this procedure just so you can be rushed and still have ... read more

Very annoyed! I was supposed to be seen Monday 6/1/2020 and that appointment was rescheduled for the following Monday at 11:30 but got emails and texts that it was at 2. I noticed a complete change in dental staff and they don't do a great job. The gentleman who did my temporary crown was asking the assistant questions the whole time and talking about how he still had to shadow other dentists! It did not exactly fill me with confidence.
