Very annoyed! I was supposed to be seen Monday 6/1/2020 and that appointment was rescheduled for the following Monday at 11:30 but got emails and texts that it was at 2. I noticed a complete change in dental staff and they don't do a great job. The gentleman who did my temporary crown was asking the assistant questions the whole time and talking about how he still had to shadow other dentists! It did not exactly fill me with confidence. Their advertising is bogus. For $75 I was Suppose to get X-rays, consultation & a cleaning. I never got the cleaning-not even a light one because I have periodontal disease!?!?! I see a dentist 3 times a year & I haven't had any problems in over 5 years. All my gum readings were under 6 except for 2 areas which were a 6. Periodontal disease??? They only have 1 hygentist and there were 2 of us waiting for our cleaning. I think they passed me up to get to the next waiting patient. Oh & the hygentist mentioned the owners had do... read more

I'm sorry you were unhappy with our services. In the case of periodontal disease, we are required to provide treatment based on the diagnosis and cannot do a light cleaning when a deep one is needed. I can assure you, however, we would never push a patient out to get to another one. We are dedicated to your oral health, and any diagnosis made is for just that! I went to Station Dental in Arvada, Co cause I received an offer in the mail for new patients. I was totally surprised when I was informed that I had gum disease & that there may be a problem with my crowns and that I needed extra procedures done to take care of this problem. I went to my old dentist for a 2nd opinion. I'm so happy that I did. He double checked and told me I was getting some BS from Station dental. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!
