Perfect location for our group of 4 for our girl's trip! Fabulous location, great setup. Appreciated the extra mirrors for 4 girls to get dressed at once. Bedding was so nice and comfortable. Very responsive and helpful staff. Water pressure could have been better in bathroom sinks, but with being in the historic district, it was probably as good as it gets. Showers and water pressure were FAB though. Will definitely book again!
We loved staying at our Ashley Ave Airbnb while in Charleston! We had a group of us stay and we were comfortable and had plenty of space for us to spread out a bit and not be on top of each other while we were there. Our Airbnb was close to a lot of cute shops and restaurants - including the Chubby Fish (a MUST if you’re going to Charleston!) It was the perfect weekend spot for a fun getaway!
Wonderful place to stay in a gorgeous historic home!
Nicely remodeled with clean, modern design. Close to restaurants/entertainment on King St. Great to have designated parking spot across the street.

The studio was very nice, orderly, and well designed - just what we needed for a weekend in Charleston! The place did seem new because, while there were pots and pans, there were no pantry essentials at all, not even S/P. My other recommendation for guests is to bring a sleep mask: the room had abundant natural light, but very thin blinds which allowed a lot of light in the morning.
Unit was pretty clean except bathroom floor was stained dark and sticky, had to wear shoes in there. Craftsmanship was very poor. Didn’t look as nice as the pictures. The bed is a FULL not a QUEEN so it was very cramped for my pregnant wife and I, even though we are very small people. No tissues provided. It is managed by some third party corporation which is very annoying to deal with. We loved it! The only thing I would’ve changed was to get the correct access code upstairs and coffee for number of nights. Would definitely stay here again!
Una de las mejores estadías que hemos tenido. Departamento tal como se describe, impecable (merece 10 estrellas la limpieza), amplio, cómodo, y cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar una estadía completa. La comunicación con los anfitriones fue excelente. La ubicación inmejorable, barrio tranquilo con excelentes restaurantes en los alrededores. Sumamente recomendable, esperamos volver!!
