Great location. A little pricey. Parking was a bonus. Noisy area but expected bc of the location. Stairs up to unit B were challenging for us older folks. Unit was perfect for no more than 2 people. Love the decor. There were a few fixit issues; bathroom & kitchen fixtures were loose. Shower drain is not screwed down, (almost tripped), several small holes & scuffs on the walls. Everything was perfect.
The process from booking to check in was clear and easy. When we arrived the place was secluded and looked just as pictured. Everything inside was just as advertised. I personally enjoy minimalist designs and the place was perfect very clean and simple. I contacted StayDuvet and they responded promptly and they were very helpful. This venue is perfect for our girls trip. All of the beds were extremely comfortable, the house was well resourced and appointed. The gathering space is on the first floor had comfortable seating, and we’re properly designed so that a bigger group could all be together. we loved the neighborhood as well. This house is only a few blocks from all of the action on King Street. Cute 2nd floor studio apartment above a restaurant. In a safe and quiet neighborhood about 3 blocks off King street. Perfect for being able to walk to everthing in the city (2 miles to the battery).
This was a great place to stay! The space was very comfortable and was easy walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions I had.
