Great location. Main bedroom can be noisy as its by the street. Really nice place and we enjoyed it.

Very clean. Walkable if you are ok with walking 15-30 minutes to the hot spots. Nice neighborhood. It is rather noisy due to neighborhood activity and old windows. The heat was temperamental, not working then not consistent and it was a very cold weekend. Lastly the showers were very tight and short, so anyone over 6’3” will have difficulty showering. Easy check in and customer service with Stay Duvet.

Great place, super clean, extremely convenient location-we walked everywhere! Host was professional, friendly, and very responsive. Bar across the street must be the most popular hangout on King St. b/c it was packed every night and loud music until 2am, but we read this in the reviews so it wasn’t a surprise. The sound machines on the nightstands were perfect, they helped drown out the noise and we slept fine. Only suggestion would be to add a TV in the bedroom. Basement apartment was easy to access and had parking in the driveway. Nice location right across from a park. No oven but had a 2 burner portable cook top. No dishwasher. It was not ideal for a trip with a baby, but there was a washer and dryer which was helpful. Overall fairly comfortable stay.
