The location is the best for Charleston- right in the center of things on King Street. The entrance was a little tough to find but the instructions were very good so not a problem. The apartment is well appointed- the only thing we noticed was that the couch in the living area is a bit tired and stained and needs to be replaced. Otherwise it was all great. The house had everything you need from cooking ware to supplies for kitchen and baths. Beds were comfortable too! The only unfortunate thing is the house is surrounded with college students rentals. Lots of noise during the night on street side of house. There is a bar behind house too with loud music. However, parking and accommodations are great!
We really enjoyed our stay for my birthday. The house is amazing for a large group, super clean, great location within walking distance to most things. Some of us had to work for a bit but the internet did not work very well and frankly it never got resolved. Some of us had difficulties turning the heat in some of the room. The place is absolutely worth it to rent!

Location was outstanding! Getting in to and out of town to the spot was great. communication with the host was good. There were some minor issues which the host appeared to want to rectify. There were games, a record player and smart TV for in site entertainment. I enjoyed my birthday weekend very much.
Great house in a walkable location. Comfortable size for our stay with two adults and one child. The front porch was our favorite spot to sit and relax. Decor and furnishings were great. Bonus is the free parking spot directly in front of the house. No issues. Would recommend and stay again.
We enjoyed a long weekend here. The space was beautiful and had EVERYTHING we could need. Appliances, dishes, linens, towels, furniture all in pristine shape and stylish. Beds were SOOOO comfy we didn’t want to get up in the am. A terrific little coffee shop across the street and all within walking distance of King Street. Could not have been a better place. Hosting company was terrific! Only recommendation would be to add some shades/curtains to front bedroom as sunlight fills the room in the am
Nice place, good for walking to different areas. A little noisy being above the restaurant but no real complaints. Nice for a quick stay! Very responsive as well and accommodating.
This is a brand new first floor unit. The pros are it was super clean, thoughtful extras like washing machine pods, coffee cream & shampoo. The best part was location is very close to 2 phenomenal restaurants- Chubby Fish and Chez Nous. The owners of this unit had some issue with the gas company as none of the outdoor lanterns came on-so it was very dark in the parking lot and when trying to get in the door. We recently enjoyed our time at this Airbnb, which boasted a well-appointed interior and a convenient location. This made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area, although it's worth noting that the proximity to the highway did lead to some noise at night.
