Was a nice little apartment but the TV only played one channel no matter what I tried. It’s kept on a private “admin” wifi, so no remote app was usable. Great location.
Beautiful building. The Wonderer is a nice feature. Close to the action but quiet.
Beautiful suite, and fabulous walkable location just a couple minutes walk to the restaurants and shopping. For suite, amenities, location and staff communications, 5 stars. I have slightly downgraded the ranking as I had some confusion as to how to work the TV and front door lock, but I am confident the staff will sort that out promptly. I would not hesitate to stay again!
The Breezy Palm was a wonderfully appointed unit that provided a clean and comfortable home away from home for a few days. Overall, the space itself and amenities were terrific. The kitchen and shower are AirBnB top tier. The only thing I would mention (and not the fault of the host at all) is that it was located next door to a young crowd that were having a seemingly great, but quite loud outdoor party until very late on a Saturday night/Sunday morning. A beautiful space, with everything you need. Close to king street and everything you need. Netflix, HBO etc available. The bed was super comfortable!. Overall great great stay. Zero complains.
Loved our stay here overall! A few very small things that could have been improved: - More toilet paper (there were only 3 rolls for 4 people staying for 4 nights) - Cleaners arrived earlier than anticipated (before 11 AM) so a more accurate check out time would have been appreciated) - Blankets for the sofa sleeper

We had a great experience with StayDuvet at the Mint Julep House. We had everything we needed and it was in a great location, walking distance from King Street. The house has 6 bedrooms, but initially we could only find 5 of them. It was a little tricky finding that 6th bedroom located in the back because of its separate entrance. Other than that, they were very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again!
Great for a girls trip! Each bedroom had a bathroom!
