It's clear that the rental is in the basement of a house. When we arrived at the rental (3 1/2 hours late due to flight delays), it was very late and dark and raining. It was not clear how to enter the premises. More clear directions to enter through the fence with a recessed door knob would have been helpful. Upon entrance to the rental, there was a pretty strong musty smell. A dehumidifier is in the unit, however, it was full, and the first thing we did was empty the dehumidifier. This property is relatively new, and so this is the first I am hearing check-in instructions are confusing. I will update the listing to be more clear. We arrived for a business trip. The home was immaculate and perfect location for all of our meetings. Will rent this again!!
Location was excellent! The house was exactly as pictured! Would stay there again!
Great location - close to the action of King St, but felt like we were in a non-touristy neighborhood. Great little market across the street and Sorghum and Salt restaurant (.3 mile walk) was the dining highlight of the trip. Very quaint wine bar, the Trippling Point, was also great for a pre-dinner glass of wine. We would definitely return!
Good visit. Clean, little off the main drag but comfortable and plenty of space for 6 guests
