Great place to stay, great Charleston location with a lot of amazing food in the neighborhood! Space was exactly as described and was spotless, very highly recommended.
Gorgeous apartment! Everything was new and incredibly clean. Easy walking distance to King St. We enjoyed the porch swing and super comfy beds.
The place was great and worked well for our family. Everything you needed they provided. The apartment was newly renovated. Good communication with management. The reason for not a 5 star review is the physical location. While very convenient to get to all the good spots on North and South King Street, the home is located in between 2 main streets/highways. It was a great location and cleaned well upon our arrival but we had a few major issues during our stay. There was a large patch of mold on the ceiling of the master bedroom. The Stay Duvet team was quick to respond and resolve. FYI the walls are very thin so the sound traveled in easily from the neighbors and the street if you’re a light sleeper. Loved staying here while my co-workers were in hotels.. Get a great lunch or dinner a few blocks away at Xiao Bao Biscuit or Pink Cactus!
This is the perfect location in CHS. Walkable, fairly quiet and lots to do in the area. The plumbing is a little quirky because it’s an old house, but it didn’t impact our stay in a negative way. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Hosts were responsive and helpful. It was a great location for us. Walkable to many things or a quick Uber drive. Would recommend.
