The place was nice. It’s a walk up, three flights. You have to pay parking (18$ per day). I have a truck and ended up paying for valet. The hot water didn’t last very long and it took a while to heat up. It’s very loud at night, we had to wear headphones for peace and quiet. Club music blasted until 2am. Also the room service didn’t work, but we ate breakfast at the hotel. We still can’t figure out if we were part of the hotel or not, but the employees were friendly and assumed we were. As described, very clean and well appointed. Parking is a challenge as many have mentioned. Noise can be a huge issue depending on that’s going on in the small neighborhood. There was a loud party one night we were there. There’s a restaurant directly below you and you hear the coming and going late night and early morning. The space is nice, but the shower is about the size of a linen closet. Having recently stayed at a hotel off King, I found I would probably go that route next time for the cost.

Great little house. Very clean/neat/nice. Good amenities. Proximity to downtown Charleston pretty good. Mitch/host very responsive and accommodating. Quite noisy - car traffic due to location - right next to offramp. Bright outdoor light affected back bedroom sleep 1st night, but Mitch/host addressed that issue quickly.

Ultimately a great place for my entire team. You won’t find an easier building for a large group who needs their own bedrooms and restrooms. Especially if you need some male and female separation. Beautiful space, beautiful building but it is located in between two major highways in the area which means it can be very loud. Light sleepers can have a harder time but overall, everyone I was with enjoyed the space!
Very conveniently located home that was super cozy! Perfect to relax and enjoy CHS sites and shopping, not to mention all of the great restaurants within walking distance! Would highly recommend this rental!!!
Great place to stay. Would definitely stay again. Had a few smaller detail issues: loose toilet seat, loose kitchen faucet, wood floor wasn’t very clean, I went to pick up something I dropped and with a wet paper towel found the wipe to be very dirty. Parking for our spot on the instructions was a little confusing and could maybe be reworded to reflect we had a designated parking spot in back first then after note the public parking on the street (which was all full when we first arrived).
