Small apt. w/ cooking basics and clean. This is really long term residential that they also offer rooms/apt at hotel rates. Some of benefits are limited because most guess stay long term (7 or more days). No regular cleaning, no regular toiletries, no desk person around the clock. Most contact is via email/text. It is very clean, staff are accommodating, and offers other benefits: free laundry facilities and out-door cooking equipment if you desire. Rooms are decent size and comfortable.

reliable and great with some hitches No problems with the actual stay or facilities, which are excellent. But check-in was bumpy as we booked with Expedia/Hotels.com and paid in advance, but StayAPT didn't have a record of the payment. We showed the credit card transaction proving we were charged, and ultimately the attendant called someone to figure out how to authorize us and make a key card. Hopefully they will get that "bug" worked out. Staff is friendly and everything is clean and nice!
It was quiet and well kept. Loved the washing machine and dryer on site. Great location to Ft Belvoir.
