This is the best value long-term hotel that I have stayed at. My concerns are long-term. This facility seems to be relatively new and I encountered a number of issues with rooms that were promptly fixed. My concern is that the property owner/manager is not finding the issues pro-actively. The quantity may grow, and the quality will suffer, if they don't shift mind-set from a reactive to a proactive stance towards maintaining their property. Examples: microwave door handle loose, broken dryer, and inoperable propane grill.

Absolutely LOVE the property! It's adorable, new, modern, comfortable, well maintained, and clean! Julieta, one of the office staff (checkin/ checkout), was awesome, a true jewel! Very friendly and always helpful!! Lia in housekeeping was also awesome! She was always so nice and she did a *phenomenal job cleaning the room! Outstanding job ladies!! We were pleasantly surprised by this apart hotel. We had a 10 day stay in Alexandria and were looking for a room with a kitchenette and some space. Our room had a good size kitchen, sitting room, bathroom and a very large and comfortable bedroom. All were nicely renovated and equipped with basics. Lots of parking, close drive to shopping and the premises was nice and quiet. Oh and you can use the nice laundry facilities for free!

Missed having paper towels in kitchen, no soap in bathroom. Since we were in a one night room we expected more. Overall, was quiet even being in front room towards street. We were one of first guests upon opening in 2020 so it felt different.
