Great place, super clean and modern and very safe. The staff was very accomodating to me when I arrived early--unfortunately the room I was supposed to be in wasn't ready so they put me in a different room. They didn't make note of it and in the evening as I was unwinding, another guest opened the door w/her key and startled me. It was fine but then the next day (check out is 11am), I was about to walk out the door at 10:55am and the maid service and staff member in training just opened the door. Slipped Clean and new and comfortable. Convenient walk to grocery store (1 mile). Staff who greeted me was wonderful, but when calling to ask about laundry detergent, no one called me back. When checking out, no one at the front desk either and it was about 10:30am. My biggest problem is the bathroom. Shower curtain was too long so it dragged on the tub bottom. Long shower curtain and polished smooth tub bottom made for a very hazardous condition. I slipped and fell in the tub, and my ribs hit the tub edge. 1.5 weeks later, ... read more
This was a great stay. New, clean and convenient. It seemed so quiet which is weird when you have little people because it seems like we were the only people making noise.

The room is very comfortable with the separate living and sleeping spaces. My only suggestion is that they hire more people to help staff the office during peak hours of 7-11am and 3-7pm as there was no one home for either check in or check out. We were glad to be visiting with friends so we hung out in their room until the staff manned the office.
