I stayed for 3 nights, everything seemed perfect until the last day. I dropped something under the sofa and when i moved it, there was food underneath the sofa. Around 8 am on our final day, the cleaning people knocked and immediately opened our door as we slept( hours before our checkout) to clean and noticed our things on the sofa and shut the door but didnt close it all the way. One hour before checkout the manager came to make sure we were leaving that same day instead of calling us but the phones didnt work either.

If you need quick corrections, do not expect it here. The office is ONLY open during ‘office hours’. My tv would not work in my bedroom and I called the number from the office and they said they could maybe have someone come out Monday (that was the day I left) and I called on Saturday. Whomever was staying above me walked so loudly that it woke me up every morning at 5 am. The property seemed nice enough other than no tv working and the upstairs neighbor. I was on the first floor.

I have stayed at this location for 6months 2020-2021. The general manager at the time was amazing. Always made me feel at home and I overall just had an amazing experience with him. I even was one of their first reviewers! & even met the regional manager John. I was surprised to have coming back and having a terrible experience with the new general manager Latonya. When speaking with the guest Jalen the night before arriving he requested to arrive at 5am. The only way to get him in at such an early hour is to check him in the night before which I generously did. The next day your separate reservation began and declined unfortunately.We tried contacting you all and could not until the end of the evening which by them you had been cancelled and the room sold. Be aware of wolves in sheep clothing! We spoke with someone before arriving to inform them that we were going to be arriving late. So, we asked for some items to be placed in the room upon us arriving. Needless to say, the items were not there. So, we texted the provided number of the discrepancy and the person was very unprofessional.

The only contact I had with a person was when I returned my key. When I arrived there was no one to check me in I called the number in the office door and they told me how to open the box in the lobby and get the key

I apologize we were not at the desk to greet you on arrival. The resident manager lives on property and sometimes is needing to running errands, or they are on property assisting other guests. PET FRIENDLY I DON'T LIKE the noise from another room is heard when another guest uses the bathroom you can hear that. The Bed is horrible The front desk GUY is RUDE. HE DON'T USE THE MAGIC WORD , I SAID GOOD MORNING AND HE DON'T ANSWER ME.😡
