Fleas there bad My dog caught fleas second night there I want a refund
This is not a hotel. It's an apartment complex where they also rent rooms daily. If you like sleepless nights this is the place for you. They allow dogs so you'll probably get to listen to them too, like we did ALL NIGHT LONG. Paper thin, unsoundproofed walls and ceilings, concrete mattresses, and the most uncomfortable living room furniture possible. To save $30 over others nearby is definitely not worth it.

We use the APT when visiting family or just hanging out in DMV. Usually, its a nice, fun and relaxing stay. However, we stayed at APT June 14, 2024 thru June 16, 2024 in room 207. The room conditions were awful. The microwave handle was broken, making it hard to open. The oven temperature could not be read, making the oven nonuse able, the coffee pot did not work. We would not recommend this place -The couch was warn, stained, uncomfortable and looked dirty, we were happy we had a sheet to cover it with - the bedside light didn’t work, the bed was uncomfortable - in the ‘kitchen’: there were no pans, (we were able to get a pan and fry pan asking at the front desk) also no sponge at the sink, and the microwave only turned on when you used the popcorn setting, -the ice maker was turned off and took overnight to make ice, (we asked at the desk there was no other ice available) - the kitc... read more

No daily housekeeping, no soaps, rooms smells really bad,issue with the light window, no refresh towels ,honestly i will never recommend this place,so far the worse hotel ever

Sevice is good but bed sheet are smelly, not enough towel to give extra and some hidden charges than i dont know they keep swiping card making it look like the machine not working be aware.

It was nice having a full kitchen, didn't use the dishwasher it had a bad smell. Bright lights outside and no blackout curtains. Wasn't really a front desk presence.
