Very good I have lived here two years and for the most part I have been happy. There were some issues with the elevators and trash for a few months but things were resolved. Rent increasingly went up but we got no new amentities or anything. Otherwise I still continue to live here.
Frequent Maintenance Issues No complaints when it comes to price-to-value, noise, apartment events, and location/walkability. Here are my only complaints: - Large maintenance issues are not handled promptly (for example: elevators didn't work for months, frquently had pools of water in the parking garage, and our power has gone out multiple times in just our unit since living here, trash chutes are always overflowing) - Parking spots are tiny/garage is small - Excercise room is small - Apartment staff could be friendlier
Perfect Location! We absolutely love living at Stella Apartments! The location is perfect for our needs—it's wonderfully walkable but still nestled off the busy road, surrounded by trees, which keeps it quiet. We never hear any noise, and it feels like a peaceful retreat. The amenities here are fantastic. The pool is great and never gets too crazy or loud, making it the perfect place to relax.
