Overall Good! I have lived here for years and love it. Great location and there is no noise. Only issues I have are with parking and the call box. Not enough for large vehicles (most trucks/ SUVs are taking up multiple spots) and the call box never seems to be working. Other than that I love it!
Stella Review I've loved living at the Stella. Love the location, the amentities and the my unit! Only complaints would be the limited parking spots and the road construction that's been going on for a few months.
Parking and Trash The parking could be better. Trash is constantly overflowing.

Parking My car was towed one day, and the parking garage is currently flooding. Not satisfied with the parking situation.
Great Move In - Even better staff The Stella (Lauren & Chanel) have been fantastic. There was only a little hiccup with the apartment not being clean whenever we got here but the girls downstairs took great care of me and fixing the issue.
Stella we have been living here for the past 1 year and a half, amber was great and was super helpful and comprehensive. the parking spot it is always a problem, the elevators are most of the time down, it is really disappointing the staff and how they treat you
BEFORE YOU LEASE BEFORE YOU LEASE YOU SHOULD KNOW: Parking: Although parking is average because many spaces are very narrow and occasionally difficult to find a space, their office allows residents to reserve a space as well. I highly recommend investing in one of their limited garages within the underground parking. I was able to consolidate my storage unit, while obtaining my personal garage with room for parking.
Reliable Apartment Building Moved here from out-of-state. Stella is in a prime location, State Thomas. The building is well-kept. If there are any issues, maintenance is very responsive. The staff are receptive to your needs. The community is generally quiet. I strongly recommend Stella.
