amazing, peaceful and cozy I love living at Stellas's. Its so peaceful, pretty and have the nicest view. The rooftop its amazing.
Great location Location is great. Staff and maintenance is great. Finish out is pretty good, no complaints. A bit quieter than some other properties in uptown. Parking is a little tight and garage isn't very well lit. Gym is small but works well for a quick workout. Pool doesn't get a ton of sun but is beautiful and doesn't feel like you're at a frat party. Overall I enjoy living here.
Live stella Great place, Great location, has all I need
Parking sucks There’s not enough parking for everyone. Most parking spots are small car only but the small cars take normal spots so there’s barely any parking. The elevators are always broken too
Great apartment and location, not great management & upkeep. We have been here since March and love the building and location. They should really reevaluate the Property Manager unfortunately.

Early review When the trash is taken out by the garbage trucks it is absurdly loud on this side of the building. Not sure there is anything that can be done but it shakes the walls and you can hear it every single time. Staff is friendly. Getting packages has been a pain. Maintenance request sometimes takes 3-4 times before anything is done.
