Live stella Great place, Great location, has all I need
Parking sucks There’s not enough parking for everyone. Most parking spots are small car only but the small cars take normal spots so there’s barely any parking. The elevators are always broken too
Great apartment and location, not great management & upkeep. We have been here since March and love the building and location. They should really reevaluate the Property Manager unfortunately.

Early review When the trash is taken out by the garbage trucks it is absurdly loud on this side of the building. Not sure there is anything that can be done but it shakes the walls and you can hear it every single time. Staff is friendly. Getting packages has been a pain. Maintenance request sometimes takes 3-4 times before anything is done.
Great place to live I have really enjoyed living here - the nicest apartment I've lived in, in the State Thomas Neighborhood.
Great place I love the area we live in! Within walking distance to so many fun things. No complaints with Stella apartments. Glad we were able to find this place to call home.
Great Location I love the location of the building. It is in walking distance to Griggs Park, Klyde Warren Park, numerous bars, Walmart and Whole Foods. The building is smaller than some others in the area so I like that; more privacy and less noise. The rooftop has one of the best views of Downtown Dallas, its quite amazing. Wish there was a public restroom on the rooftop for events, however. Overall, I've been very pleased with Stella as a resident for the past 5 years.
Great location It's been a great joy living at Stella these past 2 years. We will miss this place as we move into our new home soon. Will definitely refer anyone that is searching for a place to call home in Uptown.
