Stephanie was attentive and helpful and often burned the midnight oil relentlessly working to help us get everything together that we needed to prepare us for our mortgage. As first time home buyers, we appreciated his she would not just list what we needed but also explain why they were necessary. She gave us the impression that she understood how challenging buying a home can be and helped us feel at ease during the entire process.

To have accurate timelines and upfront communication about issues before they became serious issues. I flew into Texas under the assumption that closing would be Feb 9th and was not informed that there was a serious issue with the appraisal value, which eventually led to a delayed closing for another three weeks plus an additional 20k I had to put down. With the information that she had, it was clear that closing was not going to happen on time. This was only the largest of many other issues.
