The whole process was an absolute nightmare. It was obvious that Stephanie was trying, but Andrew who was our loan processor was only consistent in one thing, and that was not listening. Multiple times we told him stuff only for him to ask the same question, or he would ask for stuff and we would tell him that we couldn't get it to him for a few weeks while we waited to get it, and he would ask multiple times after even though we had already told him we couldn't get the info yet.

Much more guidance. Although I had purchased a home previously, Stephanie has much more experience and expertise to provide. I had hoped she would relate advice and guide us through the process more, we only found out about important items when we reached out to other lenders (like closing costs est). We spent a few weeks quoting FHA when I was never eligible for it. It was also a struggle to get a great deal, having to go back and forth with other lenders for KB to finally lock in a great rate.

My closing experience was completely ruined by KB Home Loan, Processor, and Austin Title Company because of their lack of follow through, lack of origination and no sense of urgency.
