What I was looking for in refinancing my home was, consolidating two existing adjustable rate loans into one fixed rate loan and lowering my payment. In doing so, I wanted someone that I felt I could trust, and be comfortable with. Someone that wasn't pushy, and would explain the things that I didn't understand. All of this was accomplished with Steve. He was patient, walking me through anything that I didn't understand. I will use Steve in the future, and would Highly Recommend him! Thanks, Tazz
