RecommendedI recently visited a friend that just moved into "Icon Avondale" and I can honestly say that I was thoroughly impressed. The property was clean and the office staff was very pleasant. However, "It's the maintenance staff for me". I just so happened to be there when they came to (get this) make sure that everything was okay in my friends unit and to let her know that if she needs anything to feel free to contact the office at anytime!! RecommendedI moved into Wellesley Park with my family about 3 months ago, and it was the best decision! The leasing staff are wonderful and the maintenance staff are prompt and always willing to help. The maintenance supervisor, Tevin, is a wealth of knowledge and friendly. Our apartment has been wonderful too. We have a beautiful private view of Knoxville and the smoky mountains in the background. They also have food trucks here often! Wouldn’t live anywhere else!

RecommendedWe have been here almost a year. We really like the area and our new home. The neighbors are very friendly and helpful, but no matter where you live there are always people that think rules don't apply to them. We like the feel of small city living and the ability to walk to restaurants. The maintenance crew here Danny, Craig, James, Eric and James are great guys. They are quick to respond and capable of solving the problem.
