Great, smooth, quick, and easy experience!
Your loan officer would never answer the phone and would take hours if not days to call back. They would demand documents the day they were due and we literally did not know our mortgage payment until we were signing documents with the title company. We also were told we were locked in at one rate but we’re not and we were told 5% and it ended up being 10%. This is not our first time purchasing a home so we know this isn’t how it’s done.
